The Secretary of State (SOS) published the Department’s RES rule 10 CSR 140-8.010, on July 15 in the Missouri Register. Anyone desiring to comment either for or against the rule has until August 14 to do so. No public hearing is scheduled. Comments should be submitted in writing to the following address:
